As classes are cancelled, our normal is changing, and our future is uncertain I want to remind everyone to stay safe and take care of each other. Even though we are not meeting for our weekly yoga practice, it is more important than ever to use the lessons we have learned on our mats. Taking care of our family, our friends and our neighbors. Remembering we are all in this together, we are one, we are whole, we are connected. Never forget the power of kindness, compassion, and prayer. Remember to reach out to our family and neighbors that are scared and alone. Take care of yourselves. Drink water and eat vegetables. Stretch and get some fresh air. Listen to music, sing, dance and know that this will pass. We will face loss, we will face hardship, we will face uncertainty. But I know my community is strong. We have the chance to step up to this challenge and maybe come out better, stronger, more aligned, more loving, more connected. Please stay safe, and remember when we cannot find the light we must step up and be the light. Keep moving, praying, loving and hoping. I have faith that we will get through this and we will be stronger and more united because of the hardships we have faced together. I cannot wait for the day we meet again to connect in our practice. Until then, please keep the peace, be the light and live your yoga. Stay connected, I am hoping to post some sequences while we are at home to keep us connected and practicing. For my chair yoga students, please reach out to me if you need to talk or face time or Skype. 630-947-9709. Namaste ππ»π§π»ββοΈπΏ

Thank you Carlene. Miss our sessions but trying to hear your voice in my at home practice! If you could include music link that would be fantastic!
